They don’t really have to win. They just have to tie it up for a few years until he’s forgotten about.

Alternately, they can just go “lol but it’s entertainment” and try and claim immunity from libel. Why not? It makes about as much logical sense as anything else they try.

Personally I hope they double down. I’d love to see Coultergeist and O’Reilly under oath. Can you imagine O’Reilly trying to shout down a lawyer or judge, or Coultergeist trying her little troll schtick during cross examination.
